Indian drugmaker Cipla beats first-quarter profit view
July 25 (Reuters) - Cipla CIPL.NS, India's No. 3 drugmaker by sales, reported a first-quarter profit that beat market expectations on Friday. The company's consolidated net profit increased 10% to 12.98 billion rupees ($150 million) in the April-June quarter, beating analysts' estimates of 12.11 billion rupees, per data compiled by LSEG.
