Brief: COFIDE board of directors to propose increased voting rights

March 24(Reuters) - COFIDE-Gruppo De Benedetti SpA 
 COFI.MI :    
    * Reported on Monday that its board of directors has decided 
to propose at its next shareholders' meeting to introduce 
increased voting rights  
    * The increased voting rights will grant two voting rights 
per share to each shareholder that will be member of the company 
continuously for 24 months 
    * The proposal will require approval of two thirds of the 
share capital represented at the meeting  
    * If the proposal will be approved, the increased voting 
right will be effective from 2017 
    * The meeting will be held April 24 in first call or on
