* Reported on Monday full year net loss of 14.5 million
euros ($15.66 million), versus net loss of 130.4 million euros a
year ago
* Full year 2014 revenue is 2,392.6 million euros versus
2,403.4 million euros in 2013
* Full year 2014 EBITDA is 194.7 million euros, up by 4.2
pct year on year
* Said the result is affected by the non-recurring charges
of the subsidiary CIR
* Said the board of directors will propose to the
shareholders' meeting no dividend distribution given the result
for the period
* Expects that its performance in 2015 will be influenced by
the evolution of the Italian economic environment and the
performance of the South American automotive components market
* Said during the year the group should see a return to
profit
