Board Appointment

 

 

Cirata (LSE: CRTA), is pleased to announce that Sarah Rolls has been appointed as a Non‐Executive Director with immediate effect.

 

Sarah has previously served as Group Financial Controller of Sage Group (FTSE 100) and Tate & Lyle (FTSE 250). She is also a trusted Board advisor and business partner, who benefits from 5 years of Big-4 partnership experience. Sarah is experienced across a diverse range of sectors including consumer goods, retail, services and technology, with expertise in financing and tax strategy, risk, financial reporting and controls, M&A and delivering transformational change.

 

Sarah has also been appointed as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of Cirata with immediate effect.
