Cirata plc (LSE: CRTA), confirms the availability of the Annual Report and
Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2024 on the Company's website at

accordance with AIM Rule 20. The Annual Report and Accounts have been posted
to shareholders in which notice is given that the thirteenth Annual General
Meeting of Cirata plc will be held at the UK offices of Brown Rudnick LLP at 8
Clifford Street, London W1S 2LQ on 8 May 2025 at 10:00 am BST.
