Change of Auditor

 

Cirata plc (LSE: CRTA), announces that, following a process overseen by the
Company's Audit and Risk Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of
Crowe UK LLP ("Crowe") as the Company's auditors for the financial year ending
31 December 2023. Crowe's appointment and re-appointment as auditor for
subsequent financial years will be subject to approval by shareholders at each
subsequent Annual General Meeting.

 

BDO LLP ("BDO") were appointed as auditors for Cirata plc on 30 September 2019
and the board extends its appreciation to BDO for its services. BDO has
resigned as the Company's auditor and has confirmed to the Company that there
are no matters connected with it ceasing to hold office that need to be
brought to the attention of the members or creditors of the Company for the
purposes of section 519 of the Companies Act 2006.
