PDMR Transactions

 

Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities

 

Cirata plc (LSE: CRTA) provides the following notification of a transaction by
persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"):

 

On 23 October 2024, Mr Chris Cochran, CRO Americas, purchased 85,500 Ordinary
Shares in Cirata at an average price of 26.95 pence per Ordinary Share and Ms
Hayley Fisher, VP People, purchased 18,550 Ordinary Shares in Cirata at an
average price of 26.95 pence per Ordinary Share.

 

Following this purchase Chris Cochran will be the beneficial owner of 85,550
Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.07% of the Company's share
capital(( 1  (#_ftn1) )) and Hayley Fisher will be the beneficial owner of
Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.015% of the Company's share
capital.
