Cirata plc (LSE: CRTA) provides the following notification of a transaction
by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") relating to the
vesting of Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") under the 2013 Cirata plc US Equity
Incentive Plan ("the Plan").

 

On 19 January 2023, Mr. Peter Lees (Non-Executive Director of Cirata) ("Mr
Lees") was granted 4,103 RSUs under the terms of the Plan ("Plan Award"), all
of which vested on 19 January 2024.
