AIM Rule 17 Disclosure Schedule Two (g) Update

 

Circle Property Plc, the specialist regional UK office investment and development company, announces a change of information in relation to Mr Michael Farrow, a Non-Executive Director of Circle, pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) to the AIM Rules for Companies.

 

Michael Farrow was formerly a director of Bellzone Mining plc, resigning on 31 October 2018. On 13 December 2018, Bellzone Mining plc announced that, following that company's unsuccessful attempts to monetise its asset(s), it had ceased trading to be placed into the appropriate insolvency process. As such, the board of Bellzone Mining plc filed a representation with the Royal Court of Jersey on 12 December 2018 requesting the Court to Order a winding up under article 155 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 and appointing as liquidators Alan Roberts and Ben Rhodes, both of Grant Thornton Jersey. Formal notices will be issued by Grant Thornton in due course. A further announcement will be made in due course.
