Correction - Final Dividend Record Date

 

Circle Property Plc (AIM: CRC), which invests in, develops and actively manages well-located regional office assets, announces that the Company's Final Results announcement, released at 7.00am on 25 September 2020 under RNS Number 0692A, stated an incorrect dividend record date and ex-dividend date.  The correct position is noted below.

 

The final dividend of 2p per share, subject to shareholder approval, will be paid on 6 November 2020 to shareholders on the register on 9 October 2020 which gives an ex-dividend date of 8 October 2020.
