Circle Property Plc (AIM: CRC), which invests in, develops and actively manages well-located regional office assets, announces that it has been notified that Michael Farrow, Non-executive Director, has today acquired 12,900 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 193.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Farrow beneficially holds 12,900 Ordinary Shares representing 0.05 per cent. of the issued share capital.
