Disposal of 720 Aztec West

 

Circle Property Plc (AIM: CRC), is pleased to announce, in line with its
strategy announced on 14 February 2022, that it has exchanged contracts on the
sale of 720 Aztec West in Bristol to Maybrook Properties Limited. The sale
price of £2.52 million represents a 76.8% increase on the 31 March 2021
valuation of £1.425 million.

 

Completion is expected to take place within the next 4 weeks.
