Dividend Declaration

 

Further to the announcement of the Company's Final Results on 18 July 2022,
the Company is pleased to confirm a final dividend of 3.5p per share shall be
paid on 22 August 2022 subject to the approval of shareholders at the AGM. The
ex-dividend date is 4 August 2022 and the associated record date for the final
dividend will be 5 August 2022
