Deals of the day-Mergers and acquisitions September 2 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Wednesday:
** Italy's Lottomatica LTMC.MI has agreed to buy Spanish rival CIRSA CIRSA.MC in a €2.8 billion all-share deal to create the world's second-largest listed gaming and sports betting firm, the two companies said.

** Specialty insurance platform Ignyte Insurance has acquired travel insurance marketplace InsureMyTrip, the company said on Tuesday.
