Issue of 1,547 Actively Managed Certificates linked to the MCB Wealth Global
Balanced EUR FX Hedged Index due August 2030

Correction of Issue Size Notice

 

Citigroup Global Markets Funding Luxembourg S.C.A. announces that, further to
the admission to trading of its Certificate on the International Securities
Market of the London Stock Exchange on or around 7 August 2025, the issue size
disclosed at admission was incorrect.

 

The correct issue size of the Certificates issued and settled on 8 August 2025
is 2,047 units, rather than 1,547 units as previously disclosed.

 

The title of the Certificates is updated to "Issue of 2,047 Actively Managed
Certificates linked to the MCB Wealth Global Balanced EUR FX Hedged Index due
August 2030".

 

An Amended and Restated Pricing Supplement reflecting the correct issue size
has been prepared.

 

This announcement is made to correct the disclosure relating to the issue size
only. The terms and conditions of the notes are otherwise unchanged.
