Admission of Structured Products issued under the Programme to trading on the
London Stock Exchange's International Securities Market

Citigroup Global Markets Funding Luxembourg S.C.A. (the "Issuer") is pleased
to announce that the London Stock Exchange plc has today approved admission
particulars (the "Admissions Particulars") dated 5 February 2026 in relation
to the admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's International
Securities Market of Structured Products issued under the Programme. The
Admission Particulars contain details of the Programme and the Issuer.
