Citizens Financial reports third-party data incident, says operations unaffected

April 21 (Reuters) - Citizens Financial CFG.N said on Tuesday that it has been managing an incident involving data extracted from a third-party vendor.

The lender said that there was no evidence of unauthorized access to its network, and its operations continue as normal.
