Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of AGM
The Company announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended
26 December 2021 together with its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
will today be posted to shareholders. Copies of these documents will also
shortly be available today for download from the Company's website
at www.citypubcompany.com (http://www.citypubcompany.com/) .
The 2022 AGM is to be held at Aragon House, 247 New King's Road, Fulham,
London SW6 4XG on 8 June 2022 at 12.00 p.m.

proposed at the AGM, the Annual Financial Statements or the business of the
