The City Pub Group makes the following notification pursuant to AIM Rule 29 and Schedule 6 of the AIM Rules for Companies regarding its existing block admission announced on 14 May 2019, effective 20 May 2019.

The Company has now allotted a total of 285,000 shares under its existing block admission of 952,500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") announced on 14 May 2019, effective 20 May 2019 in respect of The City Pub Group plc Company Share Option Plan 2016.
