Director Dealing
The City Pub Group plc (AIM: CPC) announces that it has been notified that
Clive Watson, Executive Chairman of the Company, today purchased 125,000
ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price
of 63.0 pence per Ordinary Share (the "New Shares"). The New Shares were
purchased in the name of Clive Watson and DCD Trustees Ltd as Trustees of The
Bar and Kitchen Pension Scheme. Clive Watson is the beneficiary of The Bar and
Kitchen Pension Scheme.
Following this purchase, Clive Watson is beneficially interested in 3,673,156
Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.47 per cent. of the Company's
issued share capital. This total holding includes 398,593 Ordinary Shares held
in the name of Clive Watson and DCD Trustees Ltd as Trustees of The Bar and
Kitchen Pension Scheme.
