The City Pub Group plc (AIM: CPC) announces that it has been notified that
Richard Prickett, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, on
19 October 2022 purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 71.50 pence per Ordinary
Share. Following this purchase, Richard Prickett is beneficially interested in
144,130 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.14 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.
