Director / PDMR Shareholding

The City Pub Group plc (AIM: CPC) announces that Clive Watson, Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 25 May 2021 at a price of 132.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Clive Watson is beneficially interested in 3,448,156* Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.26 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

* Includes 273,593 Ordinary Shares held in the name of Clive Watson and DCD Trustees Ltd as Trustees of The Bar and Kitchen Pension Scheme
