The City Pub Group plc (AIM: CPC) announces that it has been notified that
Holly Elliot, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, on 24 June 2022
purchased 24,905 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 80.3 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase,
Holly Elliot is beneficially interested in 28,652 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 0.03 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.
