Director/PDMR/PCA Shareholding

 

The City Pub Group plc (AIM: CPC) announces that it has been notified by
Rupert Clark, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, that on 19 February
2024, Mr. Clark's mother transferred 57,494 purchased ordinary shares of 1
penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for nil consideration to Mr.
Clark's spouse Philippa Lindsay Clark who constitutes a person closely
associated ("PCA") under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation. Following
this transfer, Rupert Clark and PCAs hold in aggregate 771,059 Ordinary
Shares, representing approximately 0.74 per cent. of the Company's issued
share capital.
