April 6 (Reuters) - Citychamp Watch & Jewellery Group Ltd  0256.HK : 
 * On 24 March 2016 (after trading hours), the company and the sellers entered 
   into the share purchase agreement 
 * Consideration for the sale shares is up to CHF110.5 million 
 * Company conditionally agreed to purchase the seller 1 sale shares 
 * Applied to the stock exchange for the resumption of trading in the shares 
   with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 7 April 2016
