    ** Co posts Q1 profit of $0.82/shr, higher than $0.57/shr a
year ago
    ** Posts 42.2% increase in Q1 NII to $32.6 mln
    ** However, Q1 provision for credit losses increased to
$620,000 vs $300,000 in the previous year
    ** Up to last close, CIVB down 32.7% YTD
