Northumbrian Water Finance plc (the Company) announces that Chris Johns will step down as a director of the Company on 30 May 2020. Northumbrian Water Limited (NWL), which guarantees the Company's bonds, has announced that Mr Johns will step down as Finance Director of NWL on the same day.
