    * Clairvest agrees to sell CRS 
    * Clairvest group inc says cvg's proceeds on sale of crs are 
expected to be approximately C$31.7 million 
    * Unitholders of crs contractors rental supply entered into 
agreement to sell crs to sunbelt rentals ,north american 
business of ashtead group 
    * Clairvest group inc says transaction price is c$275 
million plus a potential earn out.
