    ** The U.S. District Court of Delaware grants Clarus
Therapeutics motion for summary judgment against co for failure
to provide adequate written description of co's asserted patent

    ** The decision gives Clarus an unequivocal win on the
patent infringement lawsuit case brought by co
    ** Co alleged that Clarus' oral testosterone replacement
product JATENZO infringes Lipocine's U.S. patents
    ** Court found all of the asserted Lipocine patent claims
invalid
    ** JATENZO was approved by the U.S. FDA in March of 2019,
and launched in March of 2020
