    * Has entered into exclusive negotiations for acquisition of 
LAFONT-CHAVENT INTERNATIONAL - LCI 
    * Yves Chavent would continue to be Managing Director of LCI 
    * Clasquin would own 80 pct of share capital 
    * Closing of transaction is expected for end of March 2015
