** Shares of Clean Max Enviro Energy CLEM.NS rise as much as 2.2% 
** The renewable energy company approves term sheet with Envision Energy India for the procurement for wind turbine generators having an aggregate capacity of 1,550 MW
** Under the term sheet, Clean Max to procure 310 wind turbine generators with superviion, technical support for installation and commissioning services
** Stock up 30.3% since its listing on March 2
