India New Issue-Clean Max Enviro accepts bids for bond issues, bankers say

MUMBAI, Sept 25 (Reuters) - India's Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions CLEM.NS accepted bids worth 25 billion rupees ($260.54 million) for its debut green bonds, three merchant bankers said on Friday. 
The commercial and industrial renewable energy company raised funds via bonds with 2-year, 3-year, 5-year maturities and two tranches of 10-year maturities. The coupons would be payable on a  quarterly basis.
The company had invited bids from bankers and investors on Thursday, and investors will have a prepayment option if the bonds are downgraded by three notches or more.
Clean Max did not reply to a Reuters email seeking comment.
