Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

CPH2, the UK-based green hydrogen technology and manufacturing company that
has developed the IP-protected Membrane-Free Electrolyser ("MFE"), announces
that the Company's 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at Hilton
Garden Inn, Doncaster Racecourse, Leger Way, Doncaster, DN2 6BB at 11.00 am on
21 June 2023. The Notice of AGM has been posted to shareholders and is
available on the Company's shareholders website at

The Company's Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements for the year
