("CPH2", the "Company" or the "Group")

 

Result of AGM

 

CPH2, the UK-based green hydrogen technology and manufacturing company that
has developed the IP-protected Membrane-Free Electrolyser ("MFE"), announces
that, at the AGM held earlier today, all the resolutions put to the meeting
were duly passed.

 

The results of the proxy votes were as follows:
