**  Shares of cryptocurrency and blockchain-related companies rise in morning trading as bitcoin gains

** Bitcoin BTC=, world's largest cryptocurrency, gained 1.8% in session to trade at $1,07,964

** Sector's shares have fared well after U.S. Senate passed landmark stablecoin bill last week, known as GENIUS Act, boosting hopes of wider adoption

** Cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase Global COIN.O rises 1.8%; miners Riot Platforms RIOT.O and MARA Holdings MARA.O gain 0.3% and 1.8%, respectively

** Bitcoin miner CleanSpark CLSK.O jumps 4.5%, while bitcoin bull Strategy MSTR.O rises 1%

** iShares Bitcoin Trust IBIT.O and ProShares Bitcoin Strategy ETF BITO.P both gain 1.8%%

** Bitcoin has gained nearly 15% in 2025
