since Feb. 6
    ** Stock hits its lowest level since March 20
    ** Water treatment co says targeting to raise up to A$1 mln
($655,600.00) under share purchase plan, at an issue price of
A$0.31 per new share
    ** Issue price represents a discount of 16.2% to stock's
last close
    ** Stock up 34.6% YTD, as of last close
