2.6% to A$0.390, their highest since Nov. 1
    ** Water treatment co says it has signed a contract with
local civil partner A. Gabrielli Construction for A$10 mln
($6.69 mln)
    ** Says contract for water treatment and distribution for
Townsville City Council 
    ** Biggest intraday pct gain since Nov. 15
    ** Volumes are 2.2x the 30-day average of 100,829 shares
    ** Stock has fallen 45.7% this year, as of last close 
($1 = 1.4952 Australian dollars)
