A$0.620, seeing their best day since a week - if gains hold 
    ** The water treatment firm says its has signed an global
technology licence agreement with U.S. firm Soane Labs for its

    ** Says deal provides co with option to purchase the
technology at its discretion and at pre-agreed value, within 18
months of signing
    ** Stock has fallen 16.4% this year, as of last close
