Australia's Clean Teq Water gains on investment partnership with Upwell Water

** Shares of water treatment firm Clean Teq Water  CNQ.AX 
rise as much as 3.8% to A$0.55
    ** Co announces partnership with U.S.-based water resources
and infrastructure co Upwell Water LLC  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nASX1SSZJ
    ** Adds that under deal, CNQ will take full responsibility
for the design, installation and operation of water treatment
plants and assets, with Upwell providing the necessary capital 
    ** Says co and Upwell are targeting the deployment of $150
million over four years
    ** More than 36,000 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of about 34,000 shares
    ** Stock has fallen 24.3% this year as of last close
