** Construction technology co secures A$4.6 mln ($3 mln) in funding from global investors to support commercialisation and growth strategy

** To issue 25.7 mln shares to investors at A$0.18 each

** Issue price represents a 5.26% discount to co's last closing price of A$0.19

** Including session's moves, stock down 14% YTD
