** Shares of Australia's ClearVue Technologies CPV.AX fall as much as 25% to A$0.105 in their biggest drop since early March 2020
** Building materials firm says it received firm commitments to raise approximately A$5 million ($3.5 million) at an issue price of A$0.115 per share
** Placement price represents a 17.9% discount to the last closing price
** Proceeds will be used to fund product certification and testing, ERP and operational systems, marketing, intellectual property and international business development - CPV
** The firm is also conducting a share purchase plan to raise A$1 million
** CPV down 14.8% YTD
