fall 14.2% to $4.65
    ** Co trims its annual revenue forecast to $23 to $25 mln
from $25 to $27 mln
    ** CLPT's quarterly revenue of $5.8 mln misses analysts'
average expectation of $6.7 mln - LSEG data
    ** Says sales from its neurosurgery segment and software
segment fell by more than 20% on a year-over-year basis
    ** Including session's move, stock down ~45% YTD
