Dec 21 (Reuters) - A group of private equity firms led by Permira and Warburg Pincus is in advanced talks to acquire investment and accounting software maker Clearwater Analytics Holdings, Bloomberg News reported on Sunday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Reuters could not immediately verify the report.
