SPCY prior to market open on Thurs, Nov 30, amid S&P Dow Jones
indices changes
    ** Packaging firm Veritiv being taken private by Clayton,
Dubilier & Rice in $2.3 bln deal
    ** Clearway has about $3.6 bln market value, per LSEG data
    ** Its shares have lost 28% YTD through Mon close
    ** 9 of 11 analysts rate stock "buy" or "strong buy", rest
"hold"; median PT of $29 down from $34 on Aug 28 - LSEG
