** Medtech co says its unit got multiple orders from U.S
distributor Remel Inc, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc

** Co says the instruments are expected to be shipped over
the next four months, with full order shipment expected no later

** Stock hits highest since Feb. 25
