Australia's Clinuvel Pharmaceuticals gains most in over 3 weeks on buyback

** Shares of Clinuvel Pharmaceuticals  CUV.AX  jump as much
as 8.6% to A$14.34, their biggest intra-day gain since Feb. 19 
    ** Co initiates on-market share buy-back program for about
3% of CUV's outstanding share capital
    ** Says duration of the share buy-back will be 12 months on
receiving regulatory approvals 
    ** Shares hit their highest level since March 5 
    ** More than 133,170 shares change hands as compared with
the 30-day average volume of ~126,100 shares  
    ** Stock down 17.5% this year as of last close, vs a 1.8%
increase in the benchmark S&P/ASX 200 index  .AXJO
