Appointment of Group Operations Director

 

CloudCoCo (AIM: CLCO), a leading UK provider of Managed IT services and
communications solutions to private and public sector organisations, is
pleased to announce the appointment of Mike Chester as Group Operations
Director (non-board position), effective today.

 

Mike will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions
of CloudCoCo and ensuring that the Group continues to provide the very highest
standards of proactive customer support as it looks to expand further.

 

Mike has a track record of positioning organisations for operational success
in a career spanning over 25 years, 18 of which have been in the Managed
Service Provider space. Most recently he was Head of Managed Services for
SD-Wan specialist Axians (part of the Vinci group) and, prior to that, Group
Operations Director at Redcentric plc, an AIM-listed UK IT services provider.

 

Mike has been responsible for the operational integration of acquisitions
ranging from c. £3m to £40m and has played a pivotal role in the planning
and delivery of over £5m of synergy savings and significant headcount
expansion.
