Change of Name
 
Adept4 (AIM: AD4) announces that following the Company's General Meeting held on 21 October 2019, the Company's name was changed to CloudCoCo Group plc, following successful registration at Companies House on 29 November 2019.                



Trading in the Company's shares under the new name and the new Tradable Instrument Display Mnemonic ("TIDM") CLCO.L will commence with effect from 3 December 2019. The Company's ISIN number will remain unchanged.
The website address, at which the information required pursuant to AIM Rule 26 is available, will be changed with effect from today, to www.cloudcoco.co.uk.
