Result of AGM

 

CloudCoCo (AIM: CLCO), a leading UK provider of Managed IT services and
communications solutions to private and public sector organisations, announces
that at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all
resolutions were duly passed.

 

Answers to Shareholder questions submitted ahead of the AGM will be available
on the Company's website at www.cloudcoco.co.uk as of tomorrow, 1 April 2022.
