Cloudflare falls on outage reports; Musk's X down for some users

** Shares of cloud co Cloudflare NET.N fell 3.7% to $194.68 premarket

** NET faces issues that have impacted other services

** Elon Musk's X was down for thousands of users in the U.S.,  according to outage tracking website Downdetector.com

** There were more than 5,600 reports of issues with the social media platform as of 06:51 a.m. ET, according to Downdetector

** It was not immediately clear whether the outages were related

** X and Cloudflare did not immediately respond to Reuters' requests for comment

** Up to last close, NET had gained ~88% this year
